3. Purchases & Payments

3.1 By purchasing artwork, commissions, or services through this website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. 3.2 All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of custom artwork and services, refunds or exchanges are not provided unless otherwise stated. 3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Commissions & Custom Work

4.1 A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom commissions and live painting. 4.2 Turnaround time for commissioned work will be discussed and agreed upon before beginning the project. 4.3 Travel fees, changes or revisions for projects may incur additional costs, depending on the scope of the request.

5. Live Painting & Events

5.1 Booking for live painting at events requires a deposit to secure the date.

5.2 Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit, depending on the notice period given.

5.3 The artist retains the rights to any artwork created during live events, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking when applicable.

6.2 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6.3 Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or secure.

7.2 Under no circumstances shall Payton Mullinax be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or services.

7.3 All wellness & sobriety resources and guidance, including but not limited to the Coming Home Sober program, the Centered & Sober Meditation Series, Youtube videos and other bodies of work, are not substitutes for: detoxification from substances, rehabilitation or therapy! Those can be life-saving and necessary parts of recovery. If a user here need those services, PLEASE utilize them. Results can vary with each participant by the way in which the lessons are implemented. Risk of relapse may still be present, please take all precautions to prevent them and use harm reduction or other support resources if/when needed. Payton Mullinax and Pretty Stoned Art are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes or damages resulting from the use of work and information shared here.
